Octopus

1 portion (115 grms) calories: 220

1 octopus (1 ½ kilos)
¾ of a cup of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
4 soupspoons of vinegar
Pepper, rigani

 

Wash the octopus well and place in a pan with no water. Allow to cook at a moderate heat in its own juices. Once the juices have been fully absorbed, add a little water that hasn’t softened sufficiently. After if when softened (cooked), drain and cut into pieces. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to the octopus.

Variation: Parsley can be used instead of rigani
