STUFFED TOMATOES WITH RICE

  1. 440 gr. stuffed tomatoes with rice
  2. 80 gr. yellow soft white cheese (10% fat)
  3. Salad: 200 gr. tomatoes, 120 gr. cuccumber, 10 gr. sunoil (2 small spoons),
  4. 200 gr. peaches

Ingredients:

·        650 gr. washed tomatoes

·        18 gr. sugar

·        90 gr. thin sliced onions

·        190 gr. raw white rice

·        370 gr. tomatoe paste

·        140 gr. water

·        60 gr. currants

·        10 gr. fresh thin sliced parsley

·        20 gr. olive oil

·        40 gr. crumb

·        Food quantity 1050 gr.

 

Wash the tomatoes and cut their top off. Empty their content with a spoon and get 650 gr. which you will use for cooking.

Put the content from the tomatoes in a bowl and add if you like with mashed tomatoes until you get 370 gr. In the same bowl add the rest of the ingredients.

With the mix you created fill the tomatoes and "seal" their top with the piece that you removed before.

Add the tomatoes carefully in the grill and add as much water as needed.

When the food is ready, serve 440 gr. of stuffed tomatoes.

Small hint:

Get your share, 440 gr. of stuffed tomatoes, add the cheese on top of them and put them in the oven until the cheese is melted.
