PEAS WITH STEEMED POTATOES

  1. 480 gr. peas with steemed potatoes
  2. Salad: 300 gr. tomatoes, 150 gr. cuccumber, 100 gr. cream cheese (12% fat),
  3. 90 gr. total milling bread
  4. 400 gr. melon

Ingredients for peas with potatoes:

·        480 gr. peas

·        500 gr. potatoes

·        150 gr. onions

·        500 gr. tomatoes

·        30 gr. olive oil (6 small spoons)

·        10 gr. dill

·        Food quantity 1460 gr.

 

Clean and peel the potatoes, wash them and take 500 gr., then slice them in cubes.

Σοτάρετε 150 gr. washed and thin sliced onions in 20 gr. of olive oil.

When the onions soften, add 500 gr. mashed tomatoes and as much water is needed and cook for another 5 minutes.

After that, add the potatoes and 10 gr. of olive oil.

When the potatoes are nearly cooked, add the peas (480 gr.).

Finally, serve 480 gr. of peas with potatoes.
