ROAST LAMB WITH PASTA AND TOMATOES

Ingredients for the barley-shaped pasta :

400 gr. thick barley-shaped
pasta, raw

300 gr. tomatoes
·
40 gr. sunoil (8
small spoons)

Food quantity 1300 gr.

Wash the veal, remove all the visible fat and put
in all the spices that you desire.
Mash 300 gr. of washed tomatoes.
When the meat is almost boiled add water if needed,
the mashed tomatoes (300 gr.) and the sunoil (40 gr.). Let the food get cooked
for a while and add barley-shaped pasta (400 gr.).
When the food is nearly
done, get 80 gr. μοσχάρι and 300 gr. of barley-shaped pasta, put it in an
earthen object and place them in the oven until they get a bit crispy.
