PASTA WITH MEAT

  1. 350 gr. boiled pasta
  2. 100 gr. meat
  3. 40 gr. yellow soft light cheese (10% fat)
  4. Salad: 200 gr. white cabbage, raw, 85 gr. raw carrot, 5 gr. olive oil (1 small spoon)
  5. 160 gr. pear

Ingredients for the meat :

·        500 gr. meat

·        400 gr. tomatoes

·        160 gr. onions

·        50 gr. olive oil (10 small spoons)

·        10γρ. garlic (2 cloves)

·        Cooked food quantity 950 gr.

 

Cut 160gr. onion in thin slices and steam it.

Mash 400 gr. washed tomatoes and add them with a bit of water, the meat (500 gr.) and the sunoil (50 gr.) in the saucepan.
Let them boil.

When the food is done, serve 350 gr. of pasta and 100 gr. of meat.
