CHICKEN WITH RICE AND VEGETABLES (CHINESE)

  1. Chicken with rice and vegetables: 100gr. boiled chicken (skinned), 60gr. bamboo shoots in a can dried, 150gr. green raw peppers, 150gr. boiled mushrooms, 40gr. soya sauce, 15gr. olive oil (3 small spoons), 250gr. boiled rice
  2. Fruit salad: 120gr. bananas, 120gr. kiwi

 

Wash the chicken (breast is preferred), cut it in really thin slices and boil it.

Boil the rice. Wash and cut in really thin slices the onions and the green peppers.

Boil the mushrooms. Dry the bamboo shoots and get 60 gr. Wash them and dry them good.

In a non-sticky pan, warm 15gr. of olive oil and throw in the green peppers at first, keep mixing until they get slightly withered. After that, add the boiled mushrooms, the bamboo shoots and the boiled chicken and you keep mixing. Add 40 gr. of soya sauce and remove the pan from the fire.

When the dinner is ready, serve to your plate 250 gr. of boiled rice and the whole amount of chicken with the vegetables and the soya sauce.
