  1. 120 gr. grill swordfish
  2. Baked potatoes : 250 gr. baked potatoes in the oven, 6 gr. margarine
  3. Salad: 300 gr. tomatoes, 150 gr. cuccumber ,10 gr. olive oil(2 small spoons).
  4. 100 gr. total milling bread
  5. 150 gr. nectarines

SWORDFISH PROCEDURE:

Wash and clean the swordfish.

Place it in a baking pan along with water or the grill and leave it there to be cooked.

When it is ready, remove the skin from the fish, and all the thorns that it might have and serve 120 gr.

PROCEDURE FOR THE BAKED POTATOES :

Wash the poatatoes, do not peel them.

Rub some salt on the surface of the potatoe and wrap them, separately, in tinfoil.

Bake them in the oven or on coal and keep testing until you see they are done, by sticking a fork in the center of the potatoes.

Serve 250 gr. roasted potatoes and leave the margarine to melt on top of them.

Small hint:

Swordfish can be served as souvlaki by adding green peppers and onions in between the fish slices.
