GIANT BEANS COOKED WITH TOMATOES

  1. 280 gr. giants beans cooked with tomatoes
  2. 40 gr. cream cheese(12% fat)
  3. Salad: 300 gr. white cabbage, raw, 85gr. raw carrot, 5gr. olive oil(1 small spoon),
  4. 50 gr. total milling bread
  5. 180 gr. apple
Ingredients for giant beans cooked with tomatoes:
  • 500 gr. giant beans
  • 30 gr. parsley
  • 50 gr. olive oil (10 small spoons)
  • 150 gr. onions
  • 400 gr. tomatoes
  • 10 gr. garlic (2 cloves)
  • Cooked food quantity 1250 gr.

 

 

Place the beans (500 gr.) in a pot with enough water and a full spoon of salt, leave them in there all night to swell.

Change the water and boil the beans.

Mash 400 gr. of cleaned tomatoes and 150 gr. of onions.

When the beans are boiled, dry them and add the mix of onions and tomatoes you created just before along with all the other ingredients of the recipe, in a cooking object of your choice. Add water and let them bake in the oven.

When the food is ready, serve yourself, 280 gr. of giant beans cooked with tomatoes.
