FRIED SHRIMPS

  1. Fried shrimps: 280 gr. raw shrimps with their shell, 100 gr. mashed tomatoes, 80 gr. raw onions, 20 gr. white wine (dry), 5 gr. raw garlic, half a spoon of mustard powder.
  2. Salad: 150 gr. lettus, 100 gr. tomatoes, 18 gr. sunoil (3.5 small spoons).
  3. 140 gr. total milling bread
  4. Fruit salad: 120 gr. bananas, 200 gr. nectarines

 

Κοκκινίζετε τις γαρίδες (280 gr.) 3-4 minutes in a non-sticky pan and pu them out with wine (20 gr.).

Add immediatelly the mustard powder, the garlic, the onion and the spices.

Cook the mix for 5 minutes in a covered pan in a low cooking fire.

Add the mashed tomatoes (100 gr.) and boil for another 10 minutes.

When the food is done, start serving
