GRILLED SARDINES

  1. 120 gr. grilled sardines
  2. Potatoe salad : 300 gr. boiled potatoes, 5 gr. olive oil (1 small spoon),
  3. Salad: 150 gr. roasted aubergine, 5 gr. olive oil (1 small spoon)
  4. Salad: 200 gr. tomatoes, 120 gr. cuccumber
  5. 70 gr. total milling bread
  6. 300 gr. watermellon

 

Clean the sardines , wash them, remove their heads and slice them in half.

Σε πυρέξ add enough water so that it covers the sardines and let them cook.

When the food is done, serve 120 gr. of sardines.
