Put in a frying pan the oil and the finely chopped onions and fry till softened. Add the tomatoes, slightly mashed with a fork, then add the salt and pepper and allow this sauce to boil for a while.
Clean and wash the shrimps and divide them into six individual portions, putting them into six earthernware pots. Also divide the sauce and allot a sixth of it to each pot. Then sprinkle all the pots with the finely chopped parsley and rigani. Cut the feta into largish chunks and put one chunk into each of the pots on top of the shrimps. Allow to bake in a moderate oven for about 30-40 minutes.
